53 Amend printed bill, page 4, after line 14 insert:

55 "SECTION 2. Appropriation. In addition to any other
56 appropriation, there is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the
3281 household medication take-back cash fund created in section 25-15-
2 (5), Colorado Revised Statutes, not otherwise appropriated, to the
3 department of public health and environment, for the fiscal year
4 beginning July 1, 2014, the sum of $50,000, or so much thereof as may
5 be necessary, for allocation to the division of environmental health and
6 sustainability for the establishment of a household medication take-back
7 program as required by this act.".

9 Renumber succeeding section accordingly.

After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends that HB14-1207 be
amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with
favorable recommendation.

Amend reengrossed bill, page 4, after line 24, insert:

"SECTION 3. Appropriation - adjustments to 2014 long bill.
(1) For the implementation of this act, the general fund appropriation
made in the annual general appropriation act to the controlled
maintenance trust fund created in section 24-75-302.5 (2) (a), Colorado
Revised Statutes, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014, is decreased
by $5,000.
(2) In addition to any other appropriation, there is hereby
appropriated, out of any moneys in the general fund, not otherwise
appropriated, to the department of public health and environment, for the
fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014, the sum of $5,000, or so much thereof
as may be necessary, to be allocated to the division of environmental
health and sustainability for the establishment of a household medication
take-back program as required by this act.".

Renumber succeeding section accordingly.

Page 1, line 103, strike "MAKING AN APPROPRIATION." and substitute
"MAKING AND REDUCING APPROPRIATIONS.".
