51 "SECTION 7. Appropriation. (1) For the 2017-18 state fiscal
52 year, $38,011 is appropriated to the office of the governor for use by the
53 Colorado office of economic development. This appropriation is from the
54 recycling resources economic opportunity fund created in section 25-
55 16.5-106.5 (1)(a), C.R.S., and is based on an assumption that the office

1 will require an additional 0.4 FTE. To implement this act, the office may
2 use this appropriation for global business development.
3 (2) For the 2017-18 state fiscal year, $70,264 is appropriated to
4 the department of public health and environment for use by the division
5 of environmental health and sustainability. This appropriation is from the
6 recycling resources economic opportunity fund created in section 25-
7 16.5-106.5 (1)(a), C.R.S., and is based on an assumption that the division
8 will require an additional 0.8 FTE. To implement this act, the division
9 may use this appropriation for the recycling resources economic
10 opportunity program.".
