Amendments for SB17-105

Senate Journal, February 17
After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends that SB17-105 be amended
as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with favorable
recommendation.

Amend printed bill, page 3, line 2, after "2018," insert "ON A SCHEDULE
DETERMINED BY THE COMMISSION,".

Page 3, strike lines 3 and 4 and substitute "ELECTRIC UTILITY SHALL FILE
FOR THE COMMISSION'S REVIEW A".

Page 3, strike lines 9 through 17 and substitute:

"(I) A LINE-ITEM REPRESENTATION OF ALL MONTHLY CHARGES
AND CREDITS APPLIED TO THE CUSTOMER AND AN INDICATION OF
WHETHER THE CHARGES HAVE INCREASED FROM THE PRIOR MONTH AS A
RESULT OF INCREASED FUEL COSTS;".

Page 3, strike lines 26 and 27 and substitute:

"(B) AFTER AGGREGATING THE DATA OF THE BILLING PERIOD, A
CALCULATION OF THE DEMAND DURING THE BILLING PERIOD; AND".

"(b) EACH INVESTOR-OWNED UTILITY SHALL PROVIDE ITS

A PERCENTAGE, EACH FUEL SOURCE USED IN POWER GENERATION AND
PURCHASED FOR THAT UTILITY, INCLUDING RENEWABLE ENERGY
SOURCES, NATURAL GAS, AND COAL.
(c) (I) THE COMMISSION SHALL REVIEW A FILING SUBMITTED".
