13 STATE RETAINS FOR A FISCAL YEAR AS A RESULT OF THE VOTERS'
14 APPROVAL OF THE BALLOT ISSUE. THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY SHALL
15 APPROPRIATE OR TRANSFER THE MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT FOR THE
16 PURPOSES IDENTIFIED IN THE BALLOT ISSUE.".
