28 HB19-1069 be amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to
29 the Committee of the Whole with favorable
30 recommendation:

32 Amend printed bill, page 3, after line 19 insert:
33 "SECTION 3. Appropriation. (1) For the 2019-20 state fiscal
34 year, $19,440 is appropriated to the department of regulatory agencies for
35 use by the public utilities commission. This appropriation is from the
36 Colorado telephone users with disabilities fund created in section
37 40-17-104 (1), C.R.S. To implement this act, the public utilities
38 commission may use this appropriation for the commission for the deaf
39 and hard of hearing cash fund.
40 (2) For the 2019-20 state fiscal year, $19,440 is appropriated to
41 the department of human services for use by the executive director’s
42 office. This appropriation is from reappropriated funds received from the
43 department of regulatory agencies under subsection (1) of this section. To
44 implement this act, the office may use this appropriation for the Colorado
45 commission for the deaf and hard of hearing.".

47 Renumber succeeding section accordingly.
