32 Amend printed bill, page 2, line 9, after "dollars." insert "UPON REQUEST,
33 THE LOCAL BOARD OF HEALTH SHALL PROVIDE THE PERMITTEE WITH A
34 STATEMENT THAT SPECIFIES HOW THE PERMIT FEE WAS CALCULATED.".
