After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends that HB20-1128 be
amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with
favorable recommendation.
Amend reengrossed bill, page (3), line 19, strike "(3)(b.7), (3)(b.8)," and
substitute "(3)(b.7)".

"(b.7) (I) IN SELECTING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES
