13 Amend printed bill, page 2, line 24, strike "services." and substitute
3 14 "services, although on average survivors receive services for 2 to
15 years.".

18 "(a) "CARE AND REHABILITATION SERVICES" MEANS THE
19 PROVISION OF OR REFERRAL TO SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
20 BASIC NEEDS SUPPORT, COMMUNITY RESOURCES ORIENTATION AND
21 NAVIGATION, CLINICAL CASE MANAGEMENT AND CARE NAVIGATION, AND
22 PSYCHOSOCIAL SUPPORT SERVICES, INCLUDING PEER-LED MUTUAL
23 SUPPORT GROUPS AND LEGAL REPRESENTATION.".
