12 MADE TOWARD THE PURCHASE OF THE FACTORY-BUILT STRUCTURE; OR
13 (C) THE MANUFACTURER CEASED DOING BUSINESS OPERATIONS OR
14 FILED FOR BANKRUPTCY.

22 (16.3) "TINY HOME" MEANS A TINY HOME, AS DEFINED IN SECTION
23 24-32-3302 (35), THAT IS CERTIFIED BY THE DIVISION OF HOUSING IN THE
24 DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL AFFAIRS TO BE DESIGNED FOR LONG-TERM
25 RESIDENCY AND THAT IS NOT REGISTERED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE
26 3 OF TITLE 42.".

16 "SECTION 36. Appropriation. (1) For the 2022-23 state fiscal
17 year, $227,612 is appropriated to the department of local affairs. This
18 appropriation is from the general fund. To implement this act, the
19 department may use this appropriation as follows:
20 (a) $127,071 for use by the division of housing for manufactured
21 buildings program, which amount is based on an assumption that the
22 division will require an additional 1.4 FTE;
23 (b) $51,256 for use by the executive director's office for legal
24 services;
25 (c) $2,379 for use by the executive director's office for vehicle
26 lease payments; and
27 (d) $46,906 for use by the executive director's office for payments
28 to OIT.
29 (2) For the 2022-23 state fiscal year, $51,256 is appropriated to
30 the department of law. This appropriation is from reappropriated funds
31 received from the department of local affairs under subsection (1)(b) of
32 this section and is based on an assumption that the department of law will
33 require an additional 0.3 FTE. To implement this act, the department of
34 law may use this appropriation to provide legal services for the
35 department of local affairs.
36 (3) For the 2022-23 state fiscal year, $2,379 is appropriated to the
37 department of personnel. This appropriation is from reappropriated funds
38 received from the department of local affairs under subsection (1)(c) of
39 this section. To implement this act, the department of personnel may use
40 this appropriation to provide vehicles to the department of local affairs.
41 (4) For the 2022-23 state fiscal year, $46,906 is appropriated to
42 the office of the governor for use by the office of information technology.
43 This appropriation is from reappropriated funds received from the
44 department of local affairs under subsection (1)(d) of this section. To
45 implement this act, the office may use this appropriation to provide
46 information technology services for the department of local affairs.
47 (5) For the 2022-23 state fiscal year, $86,946 is appropriated to
48 the department of regulatory agencies. This appropriation is from the
49 division of professions and occupations cash fund created in section 12-
50 20-105 (3), C.R.S. To implement this act, the department may use this
51 appropriation as follows:
52 (a) $50,440 for use by the division of professions and occupations
53 for personal services, which amount is based on an assumption that the
54 division will require an additional 0.9 FTE;

1 (b) $26,989 for use by the division of professions and occupations
2 for operating expenses; and
3 (c) $9,517 for use by the executive director's office and
4 administrative services for vehicle lease payments.
5 (6) For the 2022-23 state fiscal year, $9,517 is appropriated to the
6 department of personnel. This appropriation is from reappropriated funds
7 received from the department of local affairs under subsection (5)(c) of
8 this section. To implement this act, the department of personnel may use
9 this appropriation to provide vehicles to the department of regulatory
10 agencies.".
