41 (2) For the 2022-23 state fiscal year, the general assembly
42 anticipates that the department of health care policy and financing will
43 receive $885,480 in federal funds. The appropriation in subsection (1) of
44 this section is based on the assumption that the office will receive this
45 amount of federal funds to be used as follows:
46 (a) $181,587 for use by the executive director's office for personal
47 services, which amount is subject to the "(I)" notation as defined in the
48 annual general appropriation act for the same fiscal year;
49 (b) $20,848 for use by the executive director's office for operating
50 expenses, which amount is subject to the "(I)" notation as defined in the
51 annual general appropriation act for the same fiscal year;
52 (c) $487,500 for general professional services and special projects,
53 which amount is subject to the "(I)" notation as defined in the annual
54 general appropriation act for the same fiscal year;
55 (d) $161,069 for medical and long-term care services for Medicaid
56 eligible individuals; and
1 (e) $34,476 for children's basic health plan medical and dental
2 costs.
3 (3) For the 2022-23 state fiscal year, $423,626 is appropriated to
4 the department of public health and environment for use by the center for
5 health and environmental information. This appropriation is from the
6 general fund and is based on an assumption that the center will require an
7 additional 2.5 FTE. To implement this act, the center may use this
8 appropriation for health statistics and vital records for health surveys.".

enrollment fee shall be assessed against an enrollee who is a pregnant woman.

November 1 of each year, the department shall submit for approval to the joint
budget committee its annual proposal for cost sharing for the plan based upon
a family's income.".

(2) For the 2022-23 state fiscal year, $144,229 is appropriated to the
department of health care policy and financing. This appropriation is from the
general fund. To implement this act, the department may use this appropriation
for children's basic health plan medical and dental costs.
(3) For the 2022-23 state fiscal year, the general assembly anticipates
that the department of health care policy and financing will receive $761,176
in federal funds for children's basic health plan medical and dental costs to
implement this act. The appropriations in subsections (1) and (2) of this section
are based on the assumption that the department will receive this amount of
federal funds.".
