35 Amend printed bill, page 3, strike lines 5 through 8 and substitute:

37 "(c) Allow the DEPARTMENT TO CONSULT WITH THE department of
38 public health and environment to routinely inspect employer-provided
39 housing to ensure compliance with guidelines issued by the department
40 of public health and environment applicable to a public health emergency;
41 and any applicable executive orders issued by the governor during a
42 disaster emergency declared pursuant to section 24-33.5-704 (4) IN
43 ENFORCING THIS SECTION;".
