40 $5,000,000 is appropriated to the department of human services for use
41 by the office of economic security. This appropriation is from the general
42 fund. To implement this act, the office may use this appropriation for the
43 food pantry assistance grant program.".

"(6) (a) FOR STATE FISCAL YEAR 2022-23, THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY
SHALL APPROPRIATE THREE MILLION DOLLARS FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE
STATE DEPARTMENT FOR THE GRANT PROGRAM.
(b) THIS SUBSECTION (6) IS REPEALED, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2024.".
