7 "SECTION 6. Appropriation. (1) For the 2022-23 state fiscal
8 year, $2,000 is appropriated to the department of local affairs for use by
9 the board of assessment appeals. This appropriation is from the general
10 fund. The board may use this appropriation to implement this act.".

12 Renumber succeeding section accordingly.
