After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends that HB23-1072 be
amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with
favorable recommendation and with a recommendation that it be placed on the Consent
Calendar.
Amend reengrossed bill, page 2, lines 14 and 15, strike "epidemic and who
complies with such an order without pay or other consideration." and substitute
"epidemic. and who complies with such an order without pay or other
consideration.".
