16 SECTION AND IMPOSE A PENALTY OR REMEDY AGAINST A PERSON WHO
17 VIOLATES THIS SECTION.".

After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends that HB23-1116 be
amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with
favorable recommendation and with a recommendation that it be placed on the Consent
Calendar.
Amend bill, page 4, after line 19 insert:
"SECTION 2. Apropriation. For the 2023-24 state fiscal year,
$12,218 is appropriated to the department of regulatory affairs for use by the
division of insurance. This appropriation is from the division of insurance cash
fund created in section 10-1-103 (3), C.R.S. To implement this act, the division
may use this appropriation for personal services.".
Renumber succeeding section accordingly.
Page 1 line 103 strike "PROVIDER." and substitute "PROVIDER, AND, IN
CONNECTION THEREWITH, MAKING AN APPROPRIATION.".
