45 responsible for the accounting related to this appropriation.
46 (2) For the 2023-24 state fiscal year, $992,709 is appropriated to
47 the office of the governor for use by the Colorado energy office. This
48 appropriation is from reappropriated funds in the streamlined solar
49 permitting and inspection cash fund under subsection (1) of this section.
50 To implement this act, the Colorado energy office may use this
51 appropriation for streamlined solar permitting and inspection grants.".

48 act within such period, then the act, item, section, or part will not take
49 effect unless approved by the people at the general election to be held in
50 November 2024 and, in such case, will take effect on the date of the
