50 Amend printed bill, page 20, after line 7 insert:

52 "SECTION 15. Appropriation. (1) For the 2023-24 state fiscal
53 year, $289,568 is appropriated to the department of regulatory agencies
54 for use by the civil rights division. This appropriation is from the general
1 fund. To implement this act, the division may use this appropriation as
2 follows:
3 (a) $125,595 for personal services, which amount is based on an
4 assumption that the division will require an additional 1.5 FTE; and
5 (b) $163,973 for operating expenses.".

7 Renumber succeeding section accordingly.

9 Page 1, line 102, strike "DISABILITIES." and substitute "DISABILITIES,
10 AND, IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, MAKING AN APPROPRIATION.".
