Kirkmeyer--Concerning the funding of employment-related services in the state through the
department of labor and employment, and, in connection therewith, making and reducing
appropriations.
A majority of those elected to the Senate having voted in the affirmative, Senator
Zenzinger was given permission to offer a third reading amendment.
