amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with
favorable recommendation.

EXCEPT THAT, AT THE END OF STATE FISCAL YEAR 2029-30, ANY UNEXPENDED
AND UNENCUMBERED MONEY SHALL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE GENERAL FUND.".
Page 5, line 13, strike "(1)(a)(III);" and substitute "(1)(a)(III) and (1)(f);".
Page 7, after line 8 insert:
"(f) Any unexpended and unencumbered money in the account at the
end of any fiscal year remains in the account and shall not be credited or
transferred to the general fund; EXCEPT THAT, AT THE END OF STATE FISCAL
