After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends that HB24-1422 be
amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with
favorable recommendation and with a recommendation that it be placed on the Consent
Calendar.
Amend reengrossed bill, page 2, lines 18 and 19, strike "FOR THE BUILDING
MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES DEALERS INDUSTRY," and substitute "COMMODITY
DATA FOR FINAL DEMAND - CONSTRUCTION FOR GOVERNMENT,".
