3 "SECTION 3. Appropriation. For the 2024-25 state fiscal year,
4 $3,000,000 is appropriated to the department of education for use by
5 student learning. This appropriation is from the state education fund
6 created in section 17 (4)(a) of article IX of the state constitution. To
7 implement this act, the division may use this appropriation for
8 professional development for science teachers.".
