Amendments for HB25-1016

After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends that HB25-1016 be
amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with
favorable recommendation and with a recommendation that it be placed on the Consent
Calendar.
Amend reengrossed bill, page 2, line 24, after the period add "A PRESCRIBING
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST SHALL CONSULT WITH THE PATIENT CONCERNING
PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT.".
