21 HB25-1085 be amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to
22 the Committee of the Whole with favorable
23 recommendation:

25 Amend printed bill, page 2, lines 11 and 12, strike "county, and none may
26 be an elected or appointed state, county, or city official." and substitute
27 "county. and none may be an elected or appointed state, county, or city
28 official.".
