1 (II) THE PAST-DUE FEES, LATE FEES, AND PAST-DUE SPECIFIC
2 OWNERSHIP TAX IF THE INDIVIDUAL DEMONSTRATES THAT THE
3 INDIVIDUAL'S HOUSEHOLD HAS AN INCOME THAT IS ONE HUNDRED
4 PERCENT OR LESS BELOW THE CURRENT FEDERAL POVERTY LINE FOR THE
5 HOUSEHOLD.
6 (b) TO RECEIVE A WAIVER UNDER SUBSECTION (1)(a) OF THIS
7 SECTION, THE INDIVIDUAL MUST VERIFY THE INDIVIDUAL'S HOUSEHOLD
8 INCOME TO THE DEPARTMENT USING A THIRD-PARTY INCOME
9 VERIFICATION, INCLUDING A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION, THE
10 FEDERAL INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, THE DEPARTMENT, OR A
11 THIRD-PARTY INCOME VERIFICATION SERVICE LICENSED OR APPROVED FOR
12 USE IN THIS STATE.".
