17 Amend printed bill, page 2, line 3, strike "(1)(c) and (1)(d)" and substitute
18 "(1)(c), (1)(d), and (4)".

20 Page 4, after line 8 insert:

22 "(4) (a) ON OR AFTER JULY 1, 2026, THROUGH JUNE 30, 2027,
23 COMMISSIONERS APPOINTED PURSUANT TO THIS SECTION MAY HOLD
24 VIRTUAL MEETINGS TO CONDUCT BUSINESS.
25 (b) THIS SUBSECTION (4) IS REPEALED, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2028.".
