After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends that SB16-075 be amended
as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee on Finance with favorable
recommendation.
Amend printed bill, page 2, line 11, strike "JULY 1, 2016," and substitute
"SEPTEMBER 1, 2016,".
Page 3, line 19, strike "C.R.S.;" and substitute "C.R.S., THE UNDERLYING
FACTUAL BASIS OF WHICH INVOLVES DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AS DEFINED IN
SECTION 18-6-800.3 (1), C.R.S.;".
