Senate Journal, February 3
After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends that SB17-009 be amended
as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee on Appropriations with
favorable recommendation.
Amend printed bill, page 2, line 15, strike "TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND
NINE HUNDRED" and substitute "TEN THOUSAND".

After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends that SB17-009 be amended
as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with favorable
recommendation.

Amend printed bill, page 3, after line 4 insert:

"SECTION 2. Appropriation. For the 2017-18 state fiscal year,
$765,000 is appropriated to the department of education. This
appropriation is from the general fund. To implement this act, the
department may use this appropriation for the state share of districts' total
program funding.".

Renumber succeeding section accordingly.

Page 1, line 102, strike "PROPERTY." and substitute "PROPERTY, AND, IN
CONNECTION THEREWITH, MAKING AN APPROPRIATION.".
