(A) A PATIENT WHO IS IN HOSPICE OR PALLIATIVE CARE; AND
(B) A RESIDENT IN A VETERANS COMMUNITY LIVING CENTER, AS
DEFINED IN SECTION 26-12-102 (7).".".
