After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends that SB21-061 be amended
as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with favorable
recommendation.
Amend printed bill, page 2, line 18, strike "AGE." and substitute "AGE,
INCLUDING AN EMANCIPATED MINOR, AS DEFINED IN SECTION 13-21-107.5.".
Page 4, line 5, strike "BY" and substitute "BY, OR ON BEHALF OF,".
