Amendments for SB21-092

After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends that SB21-092 be amended
as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with favorable
recommendation and with a recommendation that it be placed on the Consent Calendar.
Amend printed bill, page 6, lines 8 and 9, strike "IN A MATERIALLY RESPONSIVE
AND TIMELY MANNER".
Page 6, strike line 10 and substitute "REGISTRANT IN A MATERIALLY RESPONSIVE
AND TIMELY MANNER WITHIN THIRTY DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE COMPLAINT;".
