"SECTION 37. Appropriation. (1) For the 2021-22 state fiscal year,
$1,024,330 is appropriated to the department of corrections for use by the
medical services subprogram in the institutions division. This appropriation is
from the general fund. To implement this act, the division may use this
appropriation as follows:
(a) $814,480 for personal services, which amount is based on an
assumption that the division will require an additional 6.8 FTE; and
(b) $209,850 for operating expenses.".
