Amendments for SB21-096

After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends that SB21-096 be amended
as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with favorable
recommendation and with a recommendation that it be placed on the Consent Calendar.
Amend printed bill, page 2, strike lines 14 through 19 and substitute:
"(a) (I) Two members shall ONE MEMBER MUST be either:
(A) A salaried employees EMPLOYEE of an insurance company that
issues workers' compensation insurance policies in this state; or
(B) representatives A REPRESENTATIVE of Pinnacol Assurance.
(II) ONE MEMBER MUST BE:
(A) A SALARIED EMPLOYEE OF AN INSURANCE COMPANY THAT ISSUES
WORKER'S COMPENSATION POLICIES IN THIS STATE;
(B) A REPRESENTATIVE OF PINNACOL ASSURANCE; OR
(C) AN INSURANCE AGENT LICENSED IN THIS STATE.
(III) Such THE two members shall APPOINTED PURSUANT TO
SUBSECTIONS (1)(a)(I) AND (1)(a)(II) MUST not both represent".
