2 substitute "ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND".

4 Page 7, after line 2 insert:

6 "SECTION 3. Appropriation. For the 2020-21 state fiscal year,
7 $3,900,000 is appropriated to the department of human services for use
8 by the office of behavioral health. This appropriation is from the
9 marijuana tax cash fund created in section 39-28.8-501, C.R.S. The
10 division may use this appropriation treatment for substance use
11 disorders.".

13 Renumber succeeding section accordingly.

15 Page 1, line 102, strike "INDUSTRY." and substitute "INDUSTRY, AND, IN
16 CONNECTION THEREWITH, MAKING AN APPROPRIATION.".
