Senator Lundeen moved to amend the report of the Committee of the Whole to show that
the following Lundeen floor amendment, (L.001) to SB22-171, did pass.
Amend printed bill, page 3, strike lines 5 and 6.
Page 3, line 7, strike "FORTH IN SECTION 18-9-313 (1)(b.5).".
