After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends that SB23-008 be amended
as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee on Appropriations with
favorable recommendation.
Amend printed bill, page 2, line 6, strike "participation." and substitute
"participation - definition.".

"SECTION 4. Appropriation. For the 2023-24 state fiscal year,
$7,650 is appropriated to the department of education. This appropriation is
from the general fund. To implement this act, the depatment may use this
appropriation for content specialists.".
Renumber succeeding section accordingly.
