Amendments for SB23-043

After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends that SB23-043 be amended
as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee on Appropriations with
favorable recommendation.
Amend printed bill, page 2, line 7, after "amend" insert "(1)(b) and".
Page 2, line 9, strike "(4)" and substitute: "(1) (b) On July 1, 2018, and each
July 1 thereafter through July 1, 2023 2028, the state treasurer shall transfer five
million dollars to the fund from the state public school fund created in section
22-54-114.
(4)".
