After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends that SB23-108 be amended
as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee on Finance with favorable
recommendation.
Amend printed bill, page 2, line 10, after "section." insert "A DISTRICT, AS
DEFINED IN SECTION 22-54-103 (5), MAY NOT REDUCE A MILL LEVY BELOW THE
MINIMUM AMOUNTS PROVIDED IN SECTION 22-54-106.".
Page 2, line 22, after "reduction." insert "A DISTRICT, AS DEFINED IN SECTION
22-54-103 (5), MAY NOT CERTIFY A NET MILL LEVY BELOW THE MINIMUM
AMOUNTS PROVIDED IN SECTION 22-54-106.".
