Amendments for SB23-139

After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends that SB23-139 be amended
as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with favorable
recommendation.
Amend printed bill, page 3, line 19, strike "section 39-29-109 (2)(b), C.R.S."
and replace with "section 39-29-109 (2)(b)(I), C.R.S.".
