After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends that SB23-177 be amended
as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee on Appropriations with
favorable recommendation.
Amend printed bill, page 7, strike lines 14 through 16 and substitute "resources
may use this appropriation to conduct comprehensive dam safety evaluations
on existing dams that are under potential consideration for enlargement.".
Page 12, strike line 2 and substitute "water plan implementation cash fund
created in section".
Page 12, line 3, strike "37-60-121," and substitute "37-60-123.3 (1)(a),".
