STUDENT HOUSING FACILITY AND CAFETERIA." and substitute
"AUTO-INJECTORS.".
Page 3, after line 13 insert:
"(7) EACH INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION SHALL ADOPT A POLICY
CONCERNING THE PLACEMENT OF EPINEPHRINE AUTO-INJECTORS THAT FOCUSES
ON AREAS WHERE STUDENTS GATHER IN THE LARGEST VOLUMES, INCLUDING IN
DORMITORIES AND DINING HALLS.".
Renumber succeeding subsection accordingly.
As amended, ordered engrossed and placed on the calendar for third reading and final
passage.
