"SECTION 3. Appropriation. (1) For the 2024-25 state fiscal year,
$267,758 is appropriated to the department of regulatory agencies. This
appropriation is from the division of insurance cash fund created in section 10-
1-103 (3)(a)(I), C.R.S. To implement this act, the department may use this
appropriation as follows:
(a) $94,808 for use by the division of insurance for personal services,
which amount is based on an assumption that the division will require an
additional 1.0 FTE;
(b) $112,950 for use by the division of insurance for operating
expenses; and
(c) $60,000 for the purchase of information technology services.
(2) For the 2024-25 state fiscal year, $60,000 is appropriated to the
office of the governor for use by the office of information technology. This
appropriation is from reappropriated funds received from the department of
regulatory agencies under subsection (1)(c) of this section. To implement this
act, the office may use this appropriation to provide information technology
services for the department of regulatory agencies.".
