Amend the Business, Labor, and Technology Committee Report, dated March
12, 2024, page 1, strike line 10 and substitute:

(20)(c);" and strike "(2.5)," and substitute "(4)(c),".".

Page 4 of the bill, after line 22 insert:
"(4) (c) "COOKWARE" DOES NOT INCLUDE FOOD EQUIPMENT INTENDED
PRIMARILY FOR USE IN COMMERCIAL SETTINGS, INCLUDING FOOD EQUIPMENT
