Amendments for SB24-137

After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends that SB24-137 be amended
as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with favorable
recommendation and with a recommendation that it be placed on the Consent Calendar.
Amend printed bill, page 3, line 3, strike "if" and substitute "if:".
Page 3, line 4, strike "(I) the" and substitute "(I) The".
Page 3, line 6, strike "MET." and substitute "MET; OR".
Page 3, strike lines 7 and 8 and substitute:
"(II) The uncertified potatoes are no more than one generation from
certified parent potatoes or qualified parent potatoes, AND THE POTATO
GROWER SUBMITS THE UNCERTIFIED POTATO SEED STOCK TO THE CERTIFYING
AUTHORITY OF COLORADO FOR TESTING.".
