Amend printed bill, page 1, line 102, strike "CERTAIN" and substitute
"AGRICULTURAL".

34 requirements. (a) AN OWNER OF AN AGRICULTURAL BUILDING MAY
35 SUBMIT FOR AN AFFIRMATIVE EXEMPTION FROM ANY REQUIREMENT TO
36 REPORT BENCHMARKING DATA.
37 (b) AN OWNER OF AN AGRICULTURAL BUILDING MAY SUBMIT FOR
38 AN EXEMPTION TO REMAIN VALID UNTIL THERE IS A CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP
39 OR A CHANGE THAT RENDERS THE BUILDING NO LONGER AN
40 AGRICULTURAL BUILDING.
41 (c) FOR THE DURATION OF ANY EXEMPTION, AN OWNER OF AN
42 AGRICULTURAL BUILDING SHALL CERTIFY, UPON REQUEST, THE EXEMPTION
43 STATUS OF ANY BUILDING FOR WHICH AN EXEMPTION HAS BEEN
44 GRANTED.".
