as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with favorable
recommendation.
Amend printed bill, page 35, before line 11 insert:

"SECTION 20. Appropriation. For the 2025-26 state fiscal year,
$1,440 is appropriated to the department of natural resources for use by the
division of reclamation, mining, and safety. This appropriation is from the
mined land reclamation fund created in section 34-32-127 (1)(a), C.R.S. To
implement this act, the division may use this appropriation for program costs
related to minerals.".
