Amendments for SB25-078

After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends that SB25-078 be amended
as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with favorable
recommendation and with a recommendation that it be placed on the Consent Calendar.
Amend printed bill, page 2, line 3, strike "(2)(e)(II)" and substitute "(2)(e)
introductory portion, (2)(e)(II),".
Page 2, strike line 8 and substitute:
"(e) "Hospital" means a facility, with fewer than fifty beds that WHICH
is NOT OWNED BY OR AFFILIATED WITH A HEALTH SYSTEM THAT IS COMPRISED
OF THREE OR MORE HOSPITALS, THAT IS:".
