After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends that SB25-164 be amended
as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with favorable
recommendation.
Amend printed bill, page 3, strike lines 11 through 13 and substitute:
"(f) TO CONSULT WITH THE PREVENTION SERVICES DIVISION WITHIN THE
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT DURING THE
