After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends that SB25-272 be amended
as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee on Appropriations with
favorable recommendation.
Amend printed bill, page 2, strike line 18 and substitute "AND 43-4-605 (1)(l),
AND AS AN IMPLIED AND NECESSARY POWER WITHIN SECTION 43-4-605 (1)(k);".

Page 3, strike line 9 and substitute "AND 43-4-605 (1)(l), AND AS AN IMPLIED
AND NECESSARY POWER WITHIN SECTION 43-4-605 (1)(k);".
