Amend reengrossed bill, page 2, line 2, strike "(11)" and substitute
"(11); and add (18.5)".

Page 2, after line 10 insert:

"(18.5) (a) THE FOLLOWING STATUTORY AUTHORIZATIONS FOR
THE DESIGNATED ADVISORY COMMITTEES WILL REPEAL ON SEPTEMBER 1,
2027:
(I) THE NURSE-PHYSICIAN ADVISORY TASK FORCE FOR COLORADO
HEALTH CARE CREATED IN SECTION 12-30-105.
(b) THIS SUBSECTION (18.5) IS REPEALED, EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER
1, 2029.".

Concerning the continuation of the nurse-physician advisory task force for Colorado health
care, and, in connection therewith, implementing the recommendations contained in the
2019 sunset report by the department of regulatory agencies and specifying the type of
physician organization to be represented on the task force, and making an appropriation.
