6 discipline - rules. (1) Each occupational therapist and occupational
7 therapy assistant responsible for patient CLIENT records shall develop a
8 written plan to ensure the security of patient CLIENT medical records. The
9 plan must address at least the following:
10 (a) The storage and proper disposal of patient CLIENT medical
11 records;
12 (b) The disposition of patient CLIENT medical records if the
13 licensee dies, retires, or otherwise ceases to practice or provide
14 occupational therapy services to patients CLIENTS; and".
